Specializations and use
Use Pekka Toivonen with Fighter Planes when contesting enemy air presence, especially Fighter-heavy formations. He is best in extended engagements where incoming attacks can build his offensive momentum; his non-combat cruising speed also supports faster repositioning between fights. Be more selective into Bomber-focused targets, where his matchup modifier is unfavorable.
