Warpath 14.4: Level 36 Buildings, Artisan Tech, and the New Material Race

01

Level 36 Is the New Building Ceiling

Update 14.4 lets the Command Center move past level 32. The reported sequence is level 33, then level 34, level 35, and finally level 36. Level 36 is the current hard cap for the Command Center.

Reaching Command Center level 33 matters immediately. It unlocks the next building tier across the base, including barracks, airfields, naval docks, military structures, and economic buildings. The source also reports that hitting Command Center level 33 grants an exclusive base skin.

The final Command Center step is not simply another material check. Moving from level 35 to level 36 requires enough construction points, which means upgrading surrounding auxiliary buildings. In the PTR demonstration, several auxiliary buildings had to reach level 35 before the construction threshold was met.

That changes the shape of base progression. Command Center 36 is not a standalone rush. It is a broader account investment that asks players to build supporting structures first. The PTR test used unlimited resources, so live-server timing will be much tighter once Titanium Alloy and Iridium limits apply.

02

Command Center First, Then Your Main Strength

The recommended building order in the source is clear: take the Command Center to level 35 first, then prioritize the Research Center, then invest in one or two unit buildings that match the troops you actually use. That can mean barracks, an airfield, or a naval dock.

The barracks milestones shown in the source are especially important for ground-focused commanders.

Results:
• Barracks level 33: +30% army firepower.
• Barracks level 35: +45% army firepower.
• Barracks level 36: army firepower remains capped at +45%.
• Ground troop capacity remains 102, with no reported unit-size increase.

That makes level 35 look like the key barracks stopping point in this report. It delivers the stated +45% firepower bonus, while level 36 does not add more firepower or raise the reported 102-troop capacity.

The same practical rule applies across the account: do not spread scarce new materials evenly across every building. Push the Command Center, unlock your research path, and strengthen the unit building that gives your active army the most value now. The Material Factory can sit at the back of the queue; the source reports that higher upgrades did not show much additional value at this stage.

03

Titanium Alloy and Iridium Set the Pace

The major new material gate comes from the Joint Tactical Factory. It produces Titanium Alloy and High Purity Iridium, while supply cards can be converted into the materials needed for upgrades. The system is compared in the source to naval tech, where fixed cards are received and converted into the required resources.

Reported Joint Tactical Factory details:
• The eventual theoretical maximum is level 13.
• At launch, the factory is capped at level 4.
• Level 5 is reported to unlock after another 164 days.
• At level 4, production is 24 Titanium per hour.
• At level 4, production is 12 Iridium per hour.
• The source states this equals 5,760 Titanium and 288 Iridium daily.
• One supply card equals 3 hours of factory output.

The source uses an airfield upgrade to show the pressure this creates: moving an airfield from level 32 to level 33 requires 9,760 Titanium, described as a 17-day grind at the listed pace.

The key point is the time gate. Cash, steel, and crude oil could previously be gathered more aggressively through activity. These new materials are tied to a limited production flow and supply cards. For free-to-play and low-spending players, that makes planning more valuable than trying to rush every available upgrade.

04

Research Center 33 Opens Two Different Paths

The Research Center is the next major target after the Command Center. At level 36, it boosts overall research speed and cuts tech completion time. More importantly, reaching Research Center level 33 unlocks the two new tech trees: Advanced Industry and Artisan Frontline.

Advanced Industry is the economy and efficiency branch. Its reported nodes focus on research speed, lower resource costs for tech projects, gathering speed, base production, and material production. One highlighted effect cuts tech research costs by 10%.

Artisan Frontline is the combat branch. It contains firepower, HP, base HP, troop-training speed, damage against shielded targets, and other broad military bonuses. The source reports a flat +10% firepower bonus across air force, ground, and navy at the opening of the tree.

Both branches matter, but they answer different questions. Advanced Industry improves how cheaply and quickly the account can keep progressing. Artisan Frontline improves battlefield power. Commanders should treat the Research Center 33 unlock as the real start of the update’s long-term choice, not just another building milestone.

05

Artisan Frontline Brings Account-Wide Combat Buffs

Artisan Frontline is the direct combat payoff in 14.4. Its bonuses are broad rather than locked to one unit type, which is why it will matter to ground, air, and naval players alike.

Highlighted Artisan Frontline effects:
• +10% firepower across air force, ground, and navy from the starting line.
• Up to +20% skill crit damage resistance from the second major node.
• Bonus damage against shielded targets, including MBT units, Silent Thunder pairings, and bases using dedicated defense officers.
• +5% damage intensity for the entire arsenal at the final node.

The source also highlights Tactical Encirclement, a team-focused base attack mechanic. When 10 or more allied player squads strike an enemy base at the same time, they enter Siege State. That state reduces the damage intensity of the defending base and its garrison troops.

Tactical Encirclement results:
• Siege State begins with 10 allied squads attacking together.
• Each squad above 10 cuts enemy base damage by an additional 1%.
• The reduction stacks up to 20% damage intensity.

This is one of the update’s clearest alliance incentives. Coordinated mass attacks gain more than simple extra bodies; they gain a specific defensive reduction against the target base and its garrison.

06

Why Budget Accounts May Start With Advanced Industry

The source’s recommended long-term research order for free-to-play and low-spending players is Advanced Industry first, followed by Artisan Frontline. The reason is not that combat stats are weak. It is that a time-gated material system makes discounts, faster research, better production, and collection bonuses more valuable over a long account timeline.

Rushing Artisan Frontline gives earlier battlefield strength, but it means paying full future costs before efficiency bonuses are established. Starting with Advanced Industry delays some early combat power, yet the reported research-cost reductions can lower the price of later progress.

This is a choice between early pressure and sustainable growth. Players who can spend heavily may be able to take combat power early and absorb the material cost. Players on a tighter budget should avoid chasing every immediate stat increase. Unlock the economic foundation, then build into the military tree with lower costs and better resource flow.

The source frames the first 6 months to a year after the update as a period when the gap between paying players and free-to-play accounts may be noticeable. That makes disciplined upgrade choices more important, not less. Pick a main force, protect your gold, and avoid purchases that do not support the next real milestone.

07

Events, Stores, and Reported Upcoming Gear

Titanium Alloy and High Purity Iridium are not limited to factory output. The source lists several event and store routes that can provide supply cards and artisan materials.

Reported sources include:
• Artisan Overhaul Plan, with daily challenge missions across its first 5 days for building upgrades, tech research, and material usage.
• Artisan Treasure, with daily missions over the first 5 days and tiered rewards.
• Artisan coins used to level a battle pass with free, advanced, and premium rewards containing Titanium Alloy and High Purity Iridium Supply Cards.
• Fortune’s Favor, which can provide base-upgrade resource-cost reduction bonuses.
• Forge to Perfection, Artisan Foundry, and Artisan Foundry Pass for additional artisan materials.
• VIP Store and Arena Store supply cards for Titanium Alloy and High Purity Iridium.

These extra sources make gold management more crowded. The source specifically notes competition with wrenches, naval ammo, air tech chips, and gear shards. Do not assume every store item is an automatic buy; compare it with the upgrade that is currently holding back your account.

The report also mentions a Braav’s Path Season 4 skin for the anti-submarine destroyer and an upcoming air officer gear item, the Pergrin Tactical Clipboard. Its listed effects are +48% Unit Firepower, +24% Unit Damage Resist, +24% Officer Skill Boost, and +25% Air Fighter Normal Attack and Officer Skill Crit Rate, plus 15%. These are reported as upcoming details rather than a full released gear review.
